8.2 Test results are provided to you in a Mould Lab Ltd report format, which is structured, formatted and presented by us for clarity and consistency.

8.3 The reports we issue are white-labelled documents. We do not routinely provide:

  • original laboratory-branded reports;

  • raw laboratory data or instrument output files;

  • internal laboratory reference materials;

  • proprietary laboratory methodologies; or

  • commercially sensitive supplier information,

unless this is explicitly stated as part of the product or service purchased.

8.4 Certain tests may include direct access to laboratory-issued portals or reports where this forms an explicit and integral part of the service (for example, Mosaic tests). Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
